About Seen Recognition
Most recognition programs don't fail because people don't care. They fail because leaders can't see what's really happening: who's being recognized, who's invisible, and where money's being wasted.
I built Seen to fix that: a recognition health platform that gives leaders a clear, honest read on program performance and a path to improve it. No vanity metrics. No fluff. Just visibility that drives better culture decisions.
Seen is shaped by more than a decade leading enterprise programs in recognition, employee wellness, and performance incentives for brands like Disney, Taco Bell, Penske, Caesars, and Macy's. Those years taught me that recognition works best when it's both human and measurable: data that sparks empathy, not dashboards collecting dust.
One of those programs, developed for Taco Bell, was later spotlighted by QSR Magazine for how it nurtured talent and strengthened culture. That experience reinforced what became Seen's foundation: recognition isn't a perk or a campaign, it's infrastructure for culture.
